Clips are not offered for this film: an uploader's Creative Commons licence on a work its record does not date to when such licences existed.
Not offered: its uploader states a Creative Commons licence, but that it is the rights holder's is not shown: its record does not date the work from 2002, when the licences were first published, or the work is another's (an older work under a later date, or a video set to another's song), and nothing else the site holds shows where it is free. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

About
Here are some selective grabs from a 1997 off-air tape containing recordings of the following:
1. THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, a horror classic that won all of the Big Five Oscars, as taped on July 20, 1997 from an unlikely channel . . . Lifetime, which normally didn't play films of the kind this picture represents.
2. A full airing of the VH1 LEGENDS episode centering on Janis Joplin, a pioneering figure of the rock music scene (particularly in the psychedelic rock era), as taped from the titular channel on July 23, 1997, as confirmed by research of this airing that was conducted at newspapers.com. It's a rerun; this episode, narrated by Kris Kristofferson, first aired on December 2, 1996, to believe IMDb.
3. An episode of THE RuPAUL SHOW, a talk show hosted by the legendary drag queen early on in his very long association with VH1, from where this was taped on August 14, 1997. His guests on this edition are Cyndi Lauper and Jill Sobule.
COMMENT: During the date in which I posted this, I had posted an airing of the film PROTOCOL from June 14, 2002, under the belief that it had been absent from the Internet Archive since my previous account here was rendered inaccessible in April 2020. Turns out, I've already uploaded that airing (https://archive.org/details/vts-01-1_20221025), and have removed my unintentional duplicate post of that from this website.
