An once famous actress, reduced by the ravages of alcoholism to running a third-rate dramatic school, decides to trod the boards again.

Suspicion was the title of an American television mystery drama series which aired on the NBC from 1957 through 1958. The show consisted of forty episodes, half of which were live and half of which were filmed. The shows, which often involved murder, were intended to confuse and mystify the audience.
