Public Service Message on Pollution • from the 60's or 70's. This is the classic 'Crying Native American' AD (or 'crying Indian' ad, as some refer to it). It appears the copy I have here was the highest resolution copy of it on Archive dot Org for all of a week - and does NOT have a Web Site URL pasted over it - like https://archive.org/details/CryingIndian does.

I found this old recording of the (now famous?) PSA (Public Service Announcement) regarding environmental pollution - from "The AD Counsel" - lurking about on an antique hard drive. Now there is an Original, and "Clean", Copy: for posterity.

Summary: A native American in a traditional canoe paddles through highly contaminated waters to land on a rocky shore near a busy freeway. Standing near the side of the road, he sees someone throw garbage out of their car window - and it lands at his feet.

As the announcer's voice over concludes the message: he turns to face you and a tear goes down his right cheek. Zoom in on the tear rolling ...
