About
U.S. Court of Appeals - 53773-1-DVD - Washington State Term Limits Arguments - U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Attorneys argued the case for and against Washington State's recently passed initiative limiting terms of office in Congress. Munro, were consolidated into one case, Mr. Kester, Mr. Pharris, and Mr. Bell argued the case for term limits. Mr. Smith, Mr. Cutler, Mr. Thorsted, and Ms. La Fetra argued the case against term limits. Several of the attorneys also rebutted arguments of the other side. Filmed by C-SPAN.
