Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

About

U.S. Court of Appeals - 24574-1-DVD - Toxic Cleanup Liability: Jones v. Beazer - U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Arguments are presented in the case of Jones-Hamilton Company v. Beazer Materials, a case trying to decide which of two companies is responsibility for cleaning up toxic waste. Beazer manufactured chemicals including Noxtane in the 1970's. Jones-Hamilton is a chemical formulator, mixing and distributing chemicals. Jones sued Beazer to recover some of the cost of cleanup, saying that Beazer was equally responsible for contamination because it was under contract to Jones. Filmed by C-SPAN.
