Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).
Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

CM/ECF Attorney Training: Two Courts' Techniques 4774-V/05, AVA21536, August 11, 2005
Courts handle the challenge of training attorneys and their staffs to use CM/ECF in a variety of ways: some require training while others leave it up to attorneys to learn on their own, using on-line materials. This program, consisting of two segments that originally aired on Court to Court, examines two different approaches to CM/ECF training—one used by a district court (S.D. Ind.) and one used by a bankruptcy court (W.D. Ky.)
