Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).

Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Implementing the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005: Business Bankruptcy AVA21534VNB1, 4837-V/05, September 7, 2005

On April 20, the President signed the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. The Act is the first major overhaul of the nation’s bankruptcy laws in 27 years. This program supplements information in Implementing the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005: An Overview for Judges, Staff Attorneys, and Law Clerks, which first aired on the FJTN in June. It includes an update on the development of interim rules and forms, and an indepth examination of some of the changes judges will face. Judge A. Thomas Small (Bankr. E.D. N.C.) moderates the discussion with panelists Kenneth Klee, law professor at UCLA, and Judge Susan Sonderby (Bankr. N.D. Ill.).

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
