Age Matters: Generations Working Together
Generational differences can create barriers to productivity. This program defines and explores the differences among the four distinct generations working together in the courts today. It examines each groupâs values, views of success and respect, and communication styles. Patti Carey, an expert in the field of generational issues, discusses these differences in the context of the work environment. Using court staff interviews and off-air activities, viewers learn strategies for how all generations can work together more effectively. The FJCâs Lori Murphy serves as moderator.
