Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).
Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Court to Court (Jun 2001)
June 26, 2001. This issue of Court to Court describes modifiable tutorials (district and bankruptcy versions) courts can use to acquaint attorneys and law firm staff with the functions and features of the Electronic Case Filing system. The languages of automated systems and operations are so different that communication can be difficult. We'll get some tips on how to bridge the gap and see how the Ninth Circuit uses a personal approach to improve communication between "techies" and deputy clerks. In this installment of the video glossary "Words to Know," we'll explain prima facie, dismissal without prejudice, and en banc.
