Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Sentencing and Guidelines: A Conversation with Judge Diana Murphy

August 17, 2000. Now that the U.S. Sentencing Commission has a full complement of commissioners, the Federal Judicial Center's Director, Judge Fern Smith, sits down with the Sentencing Commission's new chair, Judge Diana Murphy, to discuss issues facing the new Commission. Judge Murphy discusses future policy initiatives, her views on working with Congress and other key constituent groups, and other topics of interest. Also included are excerpts from the Ninth Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines sponsored by the Federal Bar Association and the Sentencing Commission. A panel discussion with the new commissioners covered a wide variety of topics and answered questions from an audience of probation officers, defense attorneys, and prosecutors.

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
