Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Orientation Seminar for Federal Judicial Law Clerks
Part One introduces law clerks to the federal court system and staff, and tells them how to obtain publications, video programs, and other resources to assist them during their clerkship. A session on ethics, developed in consultation with the Judicial Conference Committee on Codes of Conduct, describes law clerks' ethical obligations under the Codes of Conduct and related authorities. In Part Two, instructors present legal writing and editing techniques.
