Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).

Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Construction Management Systems: System Planning

Visit the International Road Federation at http://www.irfnews.org/ - Noncommercial Use Only - Published with Permission - The objective of planning in the construction management system is estimation of total manpower and other resources required for field construction management. Planning methods will depend on the amount and reliability of data available within an agency; three planning methods are described. These are based on defined contract quantities, defined contract limits, and programmed dollar amounts. Guidelines are given for selecting contract types and planning activities on which to base estimates. Planning units of measure are defined.
