Clips are not offered for this film: a public-domain mark that nothing bears out (no year, or a year no US term has left).
Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Maintenance Management Systems: Developing Maintenance Standards
Visit the International Road Federation at http://www.irfnews.org/ - Noncommercial Use Only - Published with Permission - This video describes how maintenance standards are created and used. Defining a standard as a goal to foster improved crew effectiveness and uniform quality work, the video illustrates three types of standards: quality standards (guidelines indicating under what circumstances work should be done), quantity standards (how much work is necessary to maintain quality), and performance standards. Examples illustrate a proper standard and the way quality, quantity and performance are interrelated. The process of developing standards by committee is discussed in some detail.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
