Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Plows of the Future
Improved snowplow designs developed by SHRP are more efficient and improve operator control and visibility. Problems with conventional moldboards, blades, and snow scoops are shown. SHRP research is briefly described, and improved products are shown in operation. Angled scoops, tall low-friction moldboards with an adjustable tripping edge, and a shortened plow frame are demonstrated. Some information is given on retrofitting existing equipment, with promises for commercial development.
