Not offered: its uploader or archive marks it public domain, and nothing the site holds bears that out (its record gives no year, or a year from 1978 on, which no US term has left), so where it is free is not known. Unclear is not offered. Open it at the Internet Archive.

Operator Daily Maintenance of Crawler Tractors
Visit the International Road Federation at http://www.irfnews.org/ - Noncommercial Use Only - Published with Permission - General methods and procedures for operator daily maintenance on crawler tractors are demonstrated and explained. An operator goes through a maintenance checklist divided into four groups: prestart (a walkaround check for damaged parts or fluid leaks and a check of the engine and air filter system); warm-up (monitoring engine and dozer blade performance, checking brakes and steering); operating check (listening for unusual noises, reading gauges); and shutdown (proper parking, refueling, lubricating and cleaning).
