Animated. This is a whimsical story of a polite, but persistent ghost. A modest Vermont peddler has been foully murdered and secretly buried under a shed by a farm family with whom he has taken refuge for the night.
Years pass; the crime is undetected, and the house is sold to a new, upstanding family. But the peddler’s troubled spirit will not rest until his murder is discovered and so manipulates the back door of the house leading to the shed to draw attention to it.
Adapted from Marilynne K. Roach's short story entitled The Ghost in the Shed.
