About
Extreme & Obscene Rob Black's XPW
I have mixed feelings on this Documentary (In 2021 during the Internet age of YouTube, Reddit, & Wikipedia it's so easy to trash XPW when they first broken on the scene there was major hype behind them they were selling legit Commercial VHS Tapes with actual box art (Something ECW didn't do until there dying days) there distribution deal was big (The guys behind Dark Side were not fans or truly understood how big XPW was for a little while they had (2) of there commercial tapes break the top (10) in Sports/Misc. This episode was nothing in the large scale of the story of XPW (It was more a hit piece against Rob Black imo) Rob Black isn't a good human being but, the guy was a real deal self made millionaire at the one time anyway! They never once made the comparison that Paul Hayman and Rob Black are in many ways the same person they both knew how to talk there employees into doing crazy stuff for buzz/attention (Both master con artists They danced around a lot of important things that lead into Black creating XPW (Rob Black was willing to buy a piece of ECW and Paul E. pretty much used him for a little bit Black brokered the deal to bring in Jenna Jameson and Jasmin St. Claire into ECW (at the same time Paul Heyman is already in bed with Vince McMahon and the WWF Somebody should do a real deal Documentary of the Rise and Fall of XPW (The best way to breakdown XPW and Ron Black is to compare it to Death Row Records and Suge Knight.... I personally liked aspect of XPW at the time it was really interesting compared to WCW and WWF I think the guys behind the show just went to Wikipedia and got the info (The XPW tv episodes are just pure bat s*it insanity the amount of blow Rob Black must've been doing it Scarface levels and 1/2 the episodes actually aired in LA (It was more then Deathmatch wrestling Damien Steele,Chris Candido, Sabu, Johnny Webb, & Shane Douglas each held the Heavy weight title at one time (It also spawned knock-offs with 3PW and CZW
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
