The BAC Files (English)
Video furnished by Media Productions, New Mexico State University. Noncommercial use only. Join the zany Dr. Mike R. Scope in his tireless campaign to stamp out the evil BAC. As he travels through the Southwest, our hero uncovers a variety of situations in which foodborne illness can rear its ugly head. Scope makes whirlwind stops at a roadside food stand, Navajo sheep camp, Santa Ana pueblo, Albuquerque restaurant, Texas barbecue, family picnic, Arizona home, and Colorado campground. The four Fight BAC!(tm) principles (Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chill) are highlighted throughout.
