About

I've been researching newly public domain films from 1929 and earlier, so I'm uploading the best possible copies that I can find.

A post Napoleonic-France set musical whose claim to fame was the sound debut of heartthrob Ramon Novarro, Devil-May-Care also had a technicolor dance sequence and was a box office hit. Reviews were fine, though it was important to prove that Novarro could lead a talkie picture.
