About
Check out my accompanying blog post on this VHS! https://tmanshole.blogspot.com/2022/01/funnydisneyfunny.html
NOTE: Although this recording partially features two movies (All Dogs Go To Heaven and Once Upon A Forest), said films have been cut out in order to respect copyright laws. Also, skip to 1:37 for the main chunk of content (1:20 if you wanna listen to some catchy music!).
Yet another VHS rip of some early Disney Channel- this one is much shorter than the others I've posted (clocking in at a half-hour excluding the two movies I cut out), but there's still some interesting stuff here, most notably a short "Mouseterpiece Theater" segment which was previously lost as far as I can tell.
Other material present includes a short featurette titled "Disney Salutes the American Teacher"; a Dateline Disney segment on the making of "Operation: Dumbo Drop"; and a Disney Magazine segment about Disney's 4th Annual Young Musician Symphony Orchestra. The recording dates to 1994 according to writing on the slipcover, and appears to have occurred during the summertime judging from the "Hot Days, Cool Nights" programming block being touted throughout.
I have several other shorter recordings like this which I plan on hopefully posting in the next several days. In the meantime, hope you enjoy this one!
