About
A 1954 British short film about youth clubs being operated by local governments. Produced by Verity Films for the Central Office of Information.
Although this is a British film, it was not intended to be shown in Britain (it wasn't shown there until years later), but was produced exclusively for international distribution. Along with the English language version presented here, there were also versions dubbed into Burmese, Hindi, Urdu, Indonesian, and other languages.
Not sure if anyone else finds this interesting, but from 0:32 to 1:42 we see some pinball tables of the kind intended mostly for gambling...totally different to the good clean fun of later pinball tables.
