About
Frogs and toads have great powers. In witches' lore, they have always played a prominent role. More recently, scientists have been experimenting with the amazing medicinal qualities of their skins, which they believe will lead to breakthroughs in disease-fighting drugs. In addition to their medical potential, these highly versatile skins have made frogs and toads into incredible survivors. They've been on Earth since before the dinosaurs, and live in every imaginable environment, from the Amazon (where beautiful usually means poisonous) to the Canadian Arctic (where frozen bodies come back to life) to the deserts of Australia (where going without food or water for up to six years is normal!). A fascinating story of how frogs and toads use their skins to get by.
