Discusses how Air Force attache was enlisted to cooperate in scheme to get classified U.S. government documents into hands of Russian Air Force Colonel. Tells how drop operations worked. Agent would leave milk carton with money and instructions for future meetings beside telephone for spy. Shows spy being arrested and spying equipment confiscated along with money and weapons. He was not persecuted because he had diplomatic immunity."
