About
Host Lisa Brink presents this E4L (Everything for Less) instructional for the Aircore walk-away cookware system, a double-wall 1810 stainless steel line with a thermodynamic air core and dual lids. The core concept is bringing the pot to the green zone on the built-in thermometer, removing it from heat, and walking away while the food finishes cooking itself. The set includes a 6-quart Dutch oven, 3-quart saucepan, 10-inch saute pan, steamer and grater, adapter ring, stack racks, StayFresh lids, 4-in-1 convertibles, Cozy Caddies, and a springform pan.
Three recipes are demonstrated: Chicken and Rice Mexicana with a 10-minute self-cook, stacked Chili and Cornbread with a 3-hour self-cook using stack racks, and Chicken Pasta Primavera at 10 minutes. The valve open position allows faster liquid evaporation and crispy results; valve closed retains moisture for steaming. Care notes: dishwasher safe except the thermo knobs, no metal utensils, no abrasive cleaners, no high heat with lids on. A calibration test calls for one cup of cold water to reach a boil in 2.5 minutes.
