About
Host Rodney Yee leads this Living Arts and Yoga Journal production through a complete upper-body yoga session. The tape opens with a brief mooja.org pre-roll promo before Yee's welcome at the main program start. The session builds systematically from seated and supine opening postures through standing work and deep backbends before closing in Savasana.
The full sequence moves from a seated cross-legged opening and supine stretch with a rolled blanket through push-up pose, cobra and upward dog, downward dog in bent and straight-leg variations, and child's pose. Standing work includes squat, standing forward bend, powerful pose, and mountain pose. Backbend lunges on both sides lead into exalted warrior, then bow pose, camel in simple and full versions, and three rounds of full back bend. Eastern plank, cobbler's pose, bridge pose, reclined leg stretch on both sides, spinal twists, and crossed-shin pose precede Savasana and a closing Namaste.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
