About
Released on the Living Arts label in association with Yoga Journal, this is a complete vinyasa flow session running approximately 69 minutes. An unnamed instructor teaches a practice described as combining four main elements of classical yoga postures and breathwork into a meditative daily workout. The session opens with a sustained breathing tutorial covering Ujjayi breath and the three-part complete breath before moving into rolling warm-ups.
The core of the session is the C-Series sun salutation in five rounds with progressions -- a 12-position sequence that adds the knee clasp variation and the lunge with twist in the final rounds -- followed by standing postures, forward bends, seated twists, and backbends. The inversions section includes shoulder stand and the fish posture. The session closes with an extended Savasana body scan and three final Ujjayi breaths before a seated Namaste.
