Sant Thakar Singh was a spiritual teacher in the Sant Mat lineage, initiated by Sant Kirpal Singh in 1965 and later serving as a Satguru from 1976 until his death in 2005. This 1998 documentary follows a European retreat of his disciples, filmed partly in Gesolo, Italy, and partly at the Man Kendra organic farm on the Umpqua River in Oregon. Participants have traveled from the United States, Europe, and Lebanon to be near him.

The tape covers the core disciplines of Surat Shabd Yoga: meditation on inner light and sound, vegetarian diet, abstinence from intoxicants, and the understanding of karma as the soul's journey back to its source. Sant Kirpal Singh, who died in 1974, appears throughout as the lineage predecessor whose teachings Sant Thakar Singh carried forward.
