Super Cardio Sculpt is a FIRM workout video hosted by Nancy, a FIRM master instructor, with fellow FIRM master instructors Stephanie, Lisa, Suzanne, and Libby. Libby performs modified versions throughout for beginners and those managing lower intensity needs. The program is built around the FIRM Fanny Lifter, an adjustable step platform used in multiple configurations across the workout. One pair of three-pound dumbbells is recommended for the weighted sections; beginners start without weights.

The 40-minute program alternates between four-limb aerobics, step aerobics, and low-impact cardio sequences, each using the Fanny Lifter in a different configuration. The warm-up covers arm sweeps, biceps curls, full-form squats, lunges, and rolling calf stretches. The four-limb aerobics section adds biceps, triceps, delt lifts, and punches to toe taps, front kicks, and lateral squats using the top of the Fanny Lifter. Step aerobics sequences introduce lunge rears, alternate step glute lifts, pivot kicks over the top, and straddle moves. The low-impact section covers double step touches, knee repeaters, calf pumps, grapevines, tri-star hops, and lunge side punches. A second step aerobics block uses step curls, low jacks, straddle climbs, hesitation repeaters, and knee repeaters. A high-intensity travel-in-circle section on the Fanny Lifter covers hip lifts, step kicks, glute lifts, heel digs, and heel rocks, followed by squats and sweeps. The Fanny Lifter climb at peak intensity adds biceps curls to a straight step-and-tap. The cool-down travel sequence brings the heart rate down before a seated and standing stretch covering calves, hip flexors, hamstrings, shoulders, triceps, outer hips, and inner thighs.
