About

Scotch VCR Head Cleaner Plus is a VCR head cleaning tape produced by Scotch, a 3M brand. The tape runs approximately one minute and guides the user through a first cleaning cycle, announces a mono audio test and a stereo audio test for right and left channels, confirms that the video and audio heads are now clean, and instructs the user to press stop and eject without rewinding.

This recording preserves the full cleaning sequence and test tones of the Scotch VCR Head Cleaner Plus product from 1995.
