About
Reebok Rhythm Section: Sweat Factory is a Latin-influenced aerobic dance workout video produced by Reebok, hosted by instructor Petra alongside participants Suzette and Robin. The program opens with a brief segment titled "Arobi Caliente" introducing the hip-and-shoulder-heavy dance style before transitioning to the main workout at a venue called the Sweat Factory. Petra instructs viewers to start with feet-only patterns before adding arms, and to march in place whenever a combination feels uncomfortable. The warm-up sequence introduces lateral shuffles, step-taps, forward-and-back travel, and a movement called the Snake. The main workout builds through a Latin-influenced aerobic choreography combining merengue-style hip movements, mambo steps, salsa-influenced turns, shoulder rolls, and upper-body isolations, all performed to high-energy music with Latin percussion. Participants offer intermediate and lower-impact modifications throughout.
The routine progresses through multiple choreographed combinations, increasing in intensity and complexity, before a cool-down section using slower-tempo movements and standing stretches. The tape runs approximately 35 minutes of active workout content.
