1994 VHS • Power Walk Plus with Kris and Bruce Jenner 60 FPS

About

Power Walk Plus with Kris and Bruce Jenner is an instructional video produced to accompany the Power Walk Plus, a dual-action treadmill that combines a walking belt with upper-body resistance arms. The tape opens with an extended assembly sequence led by Bruce Jenner, covering the upright bracket installation, upright assembly, cover plate, adjustable legs at two height settings, upper-body arm assembly, hand grips, friction control knob adjustment, and tread centering. Jenner works through the full manual procedure on camera before addressing the treadmill's walking surface and safety features.

The workout segment introduces Kris Jenner as a co-demonstrator, with Bruce Jenner leading instructions on starting the treadmill, coordinating the arm motion with the walking stride, and modulating speed. Medical commentary is provided by a physician from the Palms Springs health spa program, covering benefits of sustained moderate aerobic exercise for cardiovascular fitness, weight management, blood sugar regulation in individuals with a family history of diabetes, and mental acuity. The program closes with a consistency message framing every-other-day use as the core requirement for results, and credits Sheila Cluff's fitness programs at the Palms and the Oaks at Ojai as context for the medical guidance.
