Pagan Invasion Volume 3: Meditation, Pathway to Deception is the third installment of the Jeremiah Films series hosted by Chuck Smith and Caryl Matrisciana. The program examines Eastern meditation and yoga as practiced in the West, arguing that despite its health and wellness packaging, Eastern meditation is a Hindu religious practice originally designed to assist the elderly in dying by putting them in contact with Hindu deities. The program traces the deliberate repackaging of yoga as a modern scientific practice to 19th-century Indian reformer Parahamsa Madhavi Saji and argues that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi continued this strategy with Transcendental Meditation.

Dave Hunt, identified as an internationally recognized cult expert and bestselling author of more than a dozen books on Eastern mysticism, provides extended commentary throughout. Topics covered include reincarnation as understood within Hinduism versus its popularized Western form, karma and its philosophical problems, the role of yoga in Hindu theology, the major forms of yoga including Hatha, Raja, Mantra, Kundalini, and Tantra, the Rajneesh dynamic meditation technique involving hyperventilation and screaming phases, TM's Siddhi Yoga program, the use of Jesus's name as a mantra by some Christians, the spiritually and psychologically dangerous byproducts of meditation including psychosis and spirit contact, Shirley MacLaine and John Denver as celebrity examples of the god-consciousness conclusion of meditation, and the distinction between Eastern emptying meditation and biblical contemplative meditation. Johanna Michelson, former yoga teacher and assistant to a psychic surgeon and author of The Beautiful Side of Evil, is also interviewed. The tape runs approximately 44 minutes followed by a series promo sequence.
