About

The Original 29-Minute Workout is a home exercise video hosted by Lynn, an aerobics instructor, opening with a brief testimonial from a Miss USA Connecticut contestant. The program is designed as an every-other-day routine building toward daily use, with a stated goal of body toning and weight loss. The program opens with a brief standing warm-up covering neck rolls, shoulder raises, shoulder rolls, a waist twist sequence, hands-on-knees pulses, and a floor stretch to the right and left for inner thigh preparation.

The main aerobic section is a continuous, count-driven routine built around bouncing, punching sequences in eight directions (forward, side, back, and diagonal combinations), low kicks, high knee raises, and side swings with arm variations. Lynn coaches alignment throughout, with repeated cues to keep the stomach in, chest wide, and to breathe out on exertion. The mat section begins around the 19-minute mark and covers bicycle crunches for the abdominals, alternating side punch crunches, pelvic tilts with buttock squeezes, side-lying leg raises for the outer thigh, inner thigh lifts with the foot parallel to the floor, and prone buttocks raises. A full cool-down stretch covers inner thigh stretches in a wide stance, an ankle-grab forward bend, shoulder rolls, and neck tilts. The tape runs approximately 29 minutes.
