About
Low Impact Aerobic Workout for Everyone is a Diplomat Video Cassettes Family Workout hosted by Sheri, a 30-minute low-impact aerobic and flexibility program designed for all fitness levels. The program opens with a standing warm-up covering deep breathing, lateral overhead reaches, head rolls, shoulder rolls, and a spinal forward fold with arm sweeps. Sheri provides continuous form cues: feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, abdominals pulled in, butt tucked under.
The aerobic section uses step touches, side-to-side steps, walking in place, punching arm combinations, and low-impact traveling patterns keeping one foot on the floor at all times. The cool-down begins with walking in place and progresses to wrist stretches, overhead arm stretches, spinal rolls, and bilateral hamstring and hip flexor stretches on the floor. The program closes with a seated crossed-leg forward fold and a final standing breath. This tape is a color-corrected version also held in this collection as a 1990s NTSC copy.
