About
An exercise ball workout hosted by Denise Dress with participant Jules demonstrating modifications. The program targets core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone with an emphasis on the torso muscles including abdominals, waist, and lower back, as well as hips, glutes, and thighs. Two foundational principles introduced at the start are core stabilization and maintaining the natural spinal curve throughout all movements.
Exercises are previewed in sequence then performed as a full routine. The sequence covers squats, abdominal crunches, oblique twists, inner thigh rotators, hamstring curls in bridge position, hip extensions, side-lying leg lifts, and a hamstring stretch series. A second pass through hamstrings and a seated spinal cool-down follow the main routine.
The program closes with Dress encouraging three sessions per week, noting that drinking water after the workout is essential for rehydration.
