About
Firm CardioSculpt Blaster is a 30-minute fitness video hosted by Lisa alongside Firm master instructors Stephanie, Nancy, Suzanne, and Libby. Libby demonstrates modified versions for beginners, who are directed to start without weights. The program requires three and five pound dumbbells and the Firm Fanny Lifter step.
The workout combines fat-burning cardio intervals with light-weight sculpting moves in rapid alternation. Cardio sequences include A-steps on the Fanny Lifter and step hamstring curls with arm pulls. Sculpting work covers pressing and pulsing movements targeting the lower body, with upper body moves integrated between step sequences.
The cool-down covers a supported squat with back rounding, a chest drop roll-up, and inner thigh stretching in a lateral lunge. The closing statement frames the tape as a complement to other Firm workouts for full-body results.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
