About
CableFlex Total Body Workout is a product instruction and workout video hosted by J.B. Burns, creator of the CableFlex system. The program covers equipment setup and a complete full-body workout divided into four segments.
Burns explains the CableFlex as a pulley-based resistance system with a calibrated resistance module, interchangeable hand grips, and foot attachments for lower body work. The system is described as lightweight and portable, suitable for ten to fifteen minute partial sessions or the complete routine. The workout is structured as a warm-up followed by upper body standing, upper body seated, and hips, thighs, and abs segments. Both concentric and eccentric muscle work are emphasized as the mechanism for fast results.
Exercises include rows performed with a straight back, bilateral and unilateral arm movements, and lower body work using the foot attachments. Form cues throughout emphasize back position as the foundation of every exercise.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
