About

What started out as a fit- ness challenge" ended up as something much, much more. This real-life story is vivid proof that where there is a will, there is a way. When it was all said and done, not only were literally tens of thousands of pounds of fat lost and tons of new muscle gained but, in the process, countless lives were changed for the better, and the sport of bodybuilding was redefined. It became the biggest "bodybuilding contest" in history. It had the most competitors and by far the richest purse. (Over a million dollars in cash and prizes were awarded!)

However, it wasn't the kind of event you might think of when you hear the words "bodybuilding contest." You know... the kind where muscle men stand on stage in briefs, hitting poses and performing routines. No, this contest and this story are different! Body of Work is a power- fully inspirational film that chronicles the lives of ten individuals who transform them- selves physically, emotionally,

and spiritually!

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
