The tape opens with a promotional announcement describing it as the most outrageous and controversial videotape in America, and closes with information on obtaining backyard wrestling merchandise. A closing segment features a spoken anecdote about a man three blocks away who lets participants use his backyard, followed by a music track.
The program consists of unscripted fight and stunt footage from amateur participants across multiple settings, with crowd reactions and commentary audible throughout.
