About

Sara Campbell (Judith Light) is a Martha Stewart-type who decides to relocate her popular country-living TV show from Manhattan to a rural farmhouse, much to the chagrin of her family (Florence Stanley, Ashlee Levitch), producer (James Patrick Stuart), and the local farmhand (Brett Cullen). And happy to be anywhere that Sara is is Melanie (Sara Rue), her former stalker/personal assistant.

In a feeble ratings ploy, two of the seven episodes included crossovers with characters from "The Nanny," which directly preceded the show on the schedule (unfortunately, the second crossover is missing from this collection).

The second of two CBS sitcoms loosely modeled after Martha Stewart in 1998 (after Style & Substance),it was heavily rumored that Stewart was furious with CBS - which also aired her program - and she was primarily responsible for the swift cancellation of both shows
