About
Let the blues commence...
It is nearly the end of January as I write this. The episode originally planned for this month was shelved. Why? Youtube claims that the music I used for the intro wasn't mine. That's right. Not mine.
Here's a little history for you. My Pawpaw played music. My Dad played music. My brothers and I play music. We've been creating our own music since the mid 1980s.
I wrote and performed the title track to Spook Show. I also wrote and performed the new track for the episode I created (you remember, don't you... the one Youtube claimed that the music I used for the intro wasn't mine.).
I had a case of the blues.
So, I made an episode all about the "blues". No sir, no blues are played on any guitar. But, you will see a clip or two from the cult classic, Blue Sunshine (a new personal favorite).
Gigantic thanks to Joe "the Creeper" Bannerman for "allowing" me to choose my poison and commit movie-suicide with the worst movie I have ever seen....and buddy, that's saying a lot. Please note, I will not be showing any clips of it on Spook Show...promise.
...and now...it's showtime!
