About
Being a person who works out at home or with a few friends, my goal for MAKING FITNESS FUN was to create a video that would give you great results, WHILE HAVING FUN!! This video is my first low-impact aerobic workout that needs to apparatus, burns plenty of calories and fat, AND has the greatest new choreography and the liveliest gospel music that I could put together! I think you'll love it - and you'll love to share it with your friends, because it is a complete workout for all fitness levels. After a good warm-up, there are three 10-minute aerobic segments - depending on your fitness level or how you're feeling today, you can do one, two or all three segments. Then we cool down and move into the body sculpting segments for our hips, legs, arms, abdominals and finally end with a relaxing stretch.
If you enjoy working out at home to great music, then I'd like like to encourage you to also check out my other aerobic videos, STEP INTO FITNESS and THOROUGHLY FIT. In addition, because I've found that exercise is not the only key to living a healthy and happy life, I've also written a devotional with my choreographer and friend, Candice Copeland-Brooks called THOROUGHLY FIT: HOW TO MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE IN 90 DAYS. In it you'll be encouraged to set goals, chart your successes, and stay motivated in all areas of your life: physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally!
Be encouraged to Make Fitness Fun!
