Not offered: its uploader states a Creative Commons licence, but that it is the rights holder's is not shown: its record does not date the work from 2002, when the licences were first published, or the work is another's (an older work under a later date, or a video set to another's song), and nothing else the site holds shows where it is free. About
King of Snake is a 1984 kaiju/children's film from Taiwan. Although it starts slowly, there is some good giant monster action. This film is also somewhat of an low-budget 80s action movie, with gangs, shootouts, and other elements unlikely to appear in a Western children's film. It's sourced from a fairly beat up VHS tape, and is in Chinese with English subtitles.
