About
A 1948 British short film about interior decorating. Produced by Merlin Films for the Central Office of Information (which was the post-war successor the Ministry of Information). Cast includes Joy Shelton, Harry Geldard, Audrey Fildes, and Joyce Grenfell. Grenfell, a popular entertainer, also co-wrote the story. An unusual film in which "Miss Design" and "Miss Artsy" magically appear, and provide decorating advice to a couple moving into their first home.
