About
Poor Mrs. Jones Produced: 1925
Description Mrs. Jones, weary of managing a farm home, keeping account books, caring for chickens, and tending to the garden, demands that her husband sell out and move to the city. The farmer, feeling she needs a rest, sends his wife to visit her city-dwelling sister. After a week in a crowded city, confronted with traffic jams, hazards to the children, bargain counter struggles, and lack of farm fresh food, Mrs. Jones returns to the farm confident that she is "rich" Mrs. Jones.
