About
Produced by the American Nurses Association to explain and promote their work in advancing equal pay for equal work, and combating gender-based discrimination in compensation for nurses. Featuring Black leaders speaking on camera and a women-led labor rights movement. Historical sequences frame the Association's work in the context of the Civil Rights movement as well as the history of labor organizing and collective bargaining. This 1980s film identifies 2025 as a year of reckoning for nursing professionals as the postwar generation ages.
Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
