About
Social guidance film narrated from the perspective of a police officer, advising children not to trust strangers. Invokes spectre of random kidnapping from sidewalks and alleys and other scenarios of permanent disappearance of children. Narration implies that abduction (and all that may follow) is a common and ordinary threat to children. Positions the police as heroes and saviors in dramatized sequences. This is a later edition of the film, which was first produced in 1951.
