Description Unedited footage of contests held at Washington University, St. Louis, Mo. Reel 1 shows sprint, hurdle, and distance racing; the hammer toss; broad and high jumps; and discus toss. Reel 2 shows the shotput, broad jump, hurdle and sprint races, and tug-of-war. Gen. Hines awards trophies. Reel 3 shows the hammer-toss, pole vault, and tug-of-war. Gens. Hines and Hutcheson watch. Reel 4 shows the tug-of-war, trophy and medal presentation by Gen. Hines, and troops passing in review.
