About

12 min., black and white, late 1960s. Surreptitiously filmed at the 7th Avenue Subway platform, capturing a cross section of New Yorkers waiting for trains: working people, fashionable people, families, hippies, kids, and older adults. Most do not notice the camera.

Human-made No record of this work says a model made it. What this means.
