2020年7月13日 黎智英等13人被控涉煽惑非法集结 押后至9月15日再讯

7月13日下午，香港壹传媒创办人黎智英与李卓人、何俊仁等13名反对派人士在香港西九龙裁判法院被控煽惑他人参与未经批准集结提堂，法庭将案押后至9月15日再提讯，以待警方进一步调查。据了解，今年6月4日，黎智英与李卓人、何俊仁、邹幸彤、蔡耀昌、张文光、麦海华、尹兆坚、赵恩来、梁耀忠、梁锦威、郭永健及陈皓桓等共13人，在维多利亚公园喷水池外，非法煽惑其他身份不详的人在无合法权限或无合理辩解的情况下，明知而参与一个属未经批准集结的公众集会。
